Lampwork is a venture studio in Fayetteville focused on developing and scaling digital-first consumer brands. Our primary focus is Canvas & Ivy, with additional projects in early development. The team operates in a fast-paced environment where work moves quickly and priorities shift based on what the business needs.
Why This Role Exists
As our workload expands, we are adding support across marketing, creative execution, and operational tasks. This role helps increase production capacity, improve processes, and support brand growth across ongoing initiatives.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid position involving a mixture of marketing support, content preparation, basic creative work, and general operational assistance. Responsibilities vary from day to day based on active projects.
Examples of Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Preparing or organizing marketing content
Editing simple photo or video assets
Assisting with email campaigns or basic flow updates in Klaviyo
Reviewing Shopify performance data and making minor updates
Refreshing product pages, descriptions, or landing page details
Supporting the preparation and launch of new products
Maintaining organized creative assets and internal documentation
Required Qualifications
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities
Comfort using common digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
Preferred Experience (not required)
Experience with Shopify
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video-editing tools
Experience with short-form content creation
Basic understanding of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
Comfort reviewing metrics within dashboards or spreadsheets
Understanding of standard ecommerce concepts (conversion rate, AOV, etc.)

This position is in-person in Fayetteville and may involve a mixture of marketing, creative, and operational work depending on current business needs.
