The role
You'll own our digital marketing day to day. This is a hands-on job, not a strategy-deck job. On any given week you'll be:
- Planning, creating, and posting social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Writing and building product listings for new pattern releases
- Shooting, editing, and sourcing product photos and lifestyle imagery
- Creating graphics, ads, and brand assets
- Planning and launching new campaigns and promotions
- Managing our social accounts, engaging with followers, and tracking what's working
- Using AI tools across all of the above to move faster and produce more
We are an AI-forward company. We expect you to be fluent with AI for copywriting, image generation and editing, ideation, and workflow automation, and to keep finding new ways to use it. If you're still doing everything by hand, this won't be the right fit.
What we're looking for
- Prior marketing experience, ideally at an e-commerce brand, home services company, or home design/interior brand
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva at minimum; Adobe or Figma a plus)
- Comfortable in front of and behind a camera for product and social content
- Experience running social accounts for a brand, not just a personal account
- Heavy, daily use of AI tools in your current work
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Local to Northwest Arkansas — this is an on-site role
We are more likely to consider candidates with Shopify, Etsy, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
