Lamprey Health Care has two openings for Family Nurse Practitioners in the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program in Raymond, NH. This is a full-time position.Start date of September 14, 2026. We are a major presence in New Hampshire, advocating for better access to health care for New Hampshire residents.The Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program is an intensive clinical program that prepares Family Nurse Practitioners to meet the needs of the culturally diverse and clinically complex patients who are typical of a community health center practice. The fellowship provides the opportunity to work as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a supportive and collegial clinic setting, with an experienced FNP preceptor available for support at all times.The Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program includes:Precepted continuity clinics held at our Raymond CenterMentored clinics at our locations in Newmarket, Raymond and NashuaSpecialty clinics at a variety of specialty practices in southern NHDidactic learning and group discussion sessions one afternoon a weekParticipation in a Project ECHO hosted by the University of New HampshireA comprehensive evaluation processSuccessful candidates for the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program will:Be a recent graduate from a Master’s or DNP program.Be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an APRN in NH.Have ANCC or AANP certification as an FNP.Be committed to primary care practice in a community health setting.Compensation for a Nurse Practitioner Fellow is $80,000 annually.
