Lampeter-Strasburg School District is seeking a dedicated and energetic Group Supervisor to lead in our before and after school program. Full Time positions available with flexible scheduling during the operating hours of 6:00 am- 6:00 pm. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in grades K-5.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous environment for all students, parents, and district staff.
- Collaborate with Director and SACC team to develop engaging activities and ensure a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensure the program operates in compliance with all DHS regulations.
- Lead and mento assistant group supervisors and aides to ensure program excellence.
- A minimum of an associate's degree, including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Elementary Education, and/or Human Services field
- At least 3 years of documented experience working with children
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- Must be a reliable team player who is genuinely passionate about child development.
