Job Description
This is a low stress job in a fun office setting close to your home. Call Center experience is not necessary to apply. The job is answering incoming calls from Ample Storage Center & American Flag Storage Center tenants. You will be assisting tenants with payments, quoting prices, and making storage unit reservations. You will also make outbound collection calls, reminding tenants of past due balances. All conversations should be handled in a courteous, professional manner and any complaints should be referred to management.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
- Basic keyboard skills and computer experience
- Strong customer service and pleasant phone voice
