Job Summary

Under direction form Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation and site administrators, will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks. These tasks will consist of: ELECTRICAL: Must understand and be able to read control schematics (relay logic). Must also understand low voltage wiring, DC, AC, 24 and 12 volt applications. Knowledge of telephones, fire alarms, time clock, irrigation, etc. Must be familiar working with 460 volts. Bending conduit and running wire mold required. HVAC: Will be trouble shooting from schematics, maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment as necessary. PLUMBING: May be called on to repair, replace old fixtures and install new as part of the scope of this assignment. CARPENTRY: May be called on to modify and repair structures.
