This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Morrisville, VT. The counselor will actively engage clients in individual, group, or family counseling sessions to address mental health concerns and improve overall well-being. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing support for relationship challenges, and coordinating care through comprehensive case management. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide holistic care.
- Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Proficiency in addressing Mental Health and Psychology-related issues
- Experience with Relationship Counseling and the ability to foster positive outcomes for clients
- Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (or ability to acquire licensure in Vermont)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
