Job Summary
Daily coordination of community integration and employment supports for clients in the Developmental Services program. Ideal candidate possesses good multi-tasking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good communication skills. Includes providing regular substitute coverage and transportation to clients (mileage reimbursement). This is a management position that oversees community support workers and provides training to support staff in working with clients. Coordination duties begin early in the morning to check sub-line (6AM). Full time is 7.5 hours daily and a hybrid schedule offering the ability to work from home.
Education/Experience
Preferred. Experience in working with children or adults with development disabilities.
Experience not required, willing to train the right candidate. High School Diploma
