Job Summary
Provides traditional outpatient services and newly developed approaches to severely and persistently mentally ill consumers. These services are based on a cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychosocial, recovery, and medical model. Services include individual, group, couples, and family therapy, case management, community support, outreach, relapse prevention, service coordination, and treatment planning.

Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Master’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field
License/Certifications
Required: Valid driver’s license with current auto registration, insurance, and reliable transportation
