Lamers Dairy, a family owned & operated fluid dairy processor & distributor, is hiring a Part-Time Lead to our Retail Store staff!
Responsibilities include ensuring every customer receives exceptional service by providing a friendly environment with consistent and friendly customer interaction, strong product knowledge, and a clean and organized store. Other aspects include stocking both on the floor and in a cooler, serving ice cream, and all other aspects of customer service in a retail environment.
As a Lead, you must have the ability to see things that need to be done and take the initiative to do them and/or provide direction and guidance to others. You must also be able to multi-task and shift focus while remaining calm and organized. The lead must have the availability to work various shifts including 2 - 3 closing shifts per week and at least 2 Saturdays per month.
