School Bus Office Aide Green Bay

Looking for a rewarding part-time job where every day makes a difference? Join Lamers Bus Lines as a School Bus Office Aide! This weekday position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and being part of a team that helps keep students moving safely. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and/or 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Professionally handle incoming calls or route them to the right team members.
• Communicate with Drivers: Use a two-way radio to check in drivers and relay messages. Help troubleshoot and keep things running smoothly.
• Be a Team Resource: Work closely with our drivers daily—sharing route details, answering questions, and making sure they have what they need.

• Comfortable using a computer, keyboard, and printer daily
