Job Description

Tired of the same routes, same docks, same routine? Step into a CDL role that actually changes day to day. At Lamers Bus Lines, motor coach driving isn’t just a job — it’s a front-row seat to new places, new people, and experiences you won’t get in other CDL positions.

Whether you’re a seasoned driver ready to mix things up, a veteran looking for a rewarding next chapter, or retired but not done exploring — this is a different way to apply your skills.

• Paid hotels per diem for overnight trips
• Performance bonus up to 5% of annual earnings.
• 401(k) with company match

• Travel with sports teams — from high school to pro
• Drive tour groups to destinations people dream about
• Shuttle for concerts, events, and major venues
• Be part of special events — not just a bystander

The Difference You’ll Feel

• You’re treated like a professional — not a number
• You’ll see new places instead of the same warehouse walls
• You’ll meet people, share stories, and be part of the experience
• You’ll actually enjoy the drive.

Who This Is Perfect For

• CDL drivers ready to break out of routine
• Veterans looking for meaningful, flexible work
• Retired drivers who still want the road — without the grind

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger endorsement
• At least 6 months of large-vehicle driving experience
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Good driving record
