What You’ll Do
- Accurately perform daily accounts payable and bookkeeping duties
- Communicate professionally with vendors and suppliers
- Utilize standard office software and specialized accounting software
- Handle filing, mailing, and other office tasks as needed
- (Optional) Obtain a Class B CDL to support school bus routes or charters during peak times
- Strong data entry and accounting skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow direction
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
