What you’ll do
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of young children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide children’s interactions and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning journey through open communication.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
- Provide specialized support for children with diverse learning needs, including early intervention strategies.
- Lead activities that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages exploration and discovery.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other early childhood education philosophies.
- Knowledge of standardized testing practices for early learners.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- REQUIRED Lead Teacher Education: CDA, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- REQUIRED Experience: At least one year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
