This full-time position combines hands-on payroll processing with comprehensive benefits administration for our diverse, mission-driven workforce. You'll work closely with our Associate Director of HR using iSolved HCM and Employee Navigator. Based in our Libertyville, IL location with no travel requirements, this role offers focused technical work with direct employee impact.
What You'll Accomplish
You combine 2-3 years of payroll and benefits experience with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience. Your expertise with modern HRIS platforms, ideally iSolved HCM and Employee Navigator, positions you to hit the ground running.
Beyond technical skills, you bring exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities that thrive in time-sensitive environments. Your excellent communication skills translate complex payroll information into clear guidance for all employees. You demonstrate the discretion and genuine compassion essential for handling confidential information while supporting our mission-driven culture.
