The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position where shop leadership meets high-level technical execution. You will bridge the gap between office administration and hands-on repair, ensuring their rental fleet and customer machinery stay in peak operating condition.
What You Will Do
Drive Service Operations: Take ownership of the service queue, manage digital work orders from start to finish, and maintain clear, customer-friendly communication.

Lead the Wrenching: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute major mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on heavy-duty construction equipment (with a heavy focus on CAT machinery).

Leverage Technology: Utilize computer-based diagnostic tools and shop management software to track parts, log service histories, and optimize shop efficiency.
