What You’ll Do:
- Process manufacture warranty claims for vehicle repair in a timely, accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Be liaison between service department, manufacturer and customers.
- Manage claim documentation to resolve denials and tracking repair records.
- Ensure the accounting of service labor time is accurately documented.
- Support service team by assisting with special reports and audits.
- Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction.
What We Seek:
- Previous service booker / warranty experience with a luxury automotive dealership.
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
- Positive, driven, and team-oriented professionals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Flexible schedule with ability to work 40 hours Monday – Saturday, as needed
