About the Role:

Join Lamboo as we redefine sustainable design with engineered bamboo. As National Business Development Manager, you’ll lead growth across Architectural, Building, and OEM markets, building lasting partnerships while championing innovation and sustainability. This is a high-impact role for a driven professional ready to shape the future of green building materials.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary plus commission (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new leads and nurture existing customer relationships

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with architectural and OEM clients

- Deliver product presentations to design and building professionals

- Collaborate with the President and Sales Team to shape sales strategies

- Identify key markets and growth opportunities for Lamboo products

- Research and recommend new product opportunities for design/build markets

- Provide all necessary information to have quote generated for project sales

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain frequent communication

- Travel extensively (up to 75%) to meet clients and secure business

- Consistently meet and exceed company sales goals

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in product sales; experience in building and construction materials strongly preferred.

- Solid understanding of architectural and construction terminology, with the ability to communicate effectively with design and building professionals.

- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and strategic thinking, with a track record of overcoming challenges to deliver results.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels.

- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly self-motivated with a consultative approach and a results-driven, closing mindset.

- Professional presence marked by initiative, positivity, and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
