What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with hiring departments on best practices for effective postings and for targeting specific talent needs.
• Create and manage postings for all vacancies for Lambert's Cable Splicing offices nationwide .
• Participate in proactive recruitment efforts to support vacancies and hard to fill positions.
• Provide navigation assistance for the online Applicant Tracking module and recruitment & selection guidance to search committees and applicants.
• Screen/analyze application materials to determine the qualified applicants who have specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each posting.
• Advise departments on alternative recruitment resources to assist with difficult recruitment situations
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 5 years of experience in recruiting
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be proficent in Microsoft/Google and Smartsheets
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
• Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
