- Collaborate with hiring departments on best practices for effective postings and for targeting specific talent needs.
- Create and manage postings for all vacancies for Lambert's Cable Splicing offices nationwide .
- Participate in proactive recruitment efforts to support vacancies and hard to fill positions.
- Provide navigation assistance for the online Applicant Tracking module and recruitment & selection guidance to search committees and applicants.
- Screen/analyze application materials to determine the qualified applicants who have specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each posting.
- Advise departments on alternative recruitment resources to assist with difficult recruitment situations
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of experience in recruiting
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be proficent in Microsoft/Google and Smartsheets
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
