- You will develop, maintain and update job progress
- You will document on projects
- You will have direct contact with our customer to request job uploads in our system
- You will communicate with our customer with regard to job specifications, changes and deadlines
- You will have direct contact with our Field Supervisors and managers
- You will attend weekly conference calls to review the status of projects
- You will be responsible for creating reports for all jobs in our system
- You will be responsible for tracking start and end time of job orders
- You will monitor performance and help to resolve delays and issues
- You will identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies
- You will assist field teams with resolving job related issues
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
- You have 2 years of experience of project management
- You are Proficient in Excel
- You have experience/knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction
- You have a solid understanding of Google
- You have strong data and analytical skills
- You have detailed reporting skills
- You have customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- You have effective communication skills
