Lambert Lawn Care is seeking an experienced Tree Climber / Bucket Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the tree care industry, a strong commitment to safety, and excellent teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently climb trees and operate bucket trucks for tree pruning and removal
- Perform proper rigging techniques to lower limbs and wood safely to the ground
- Communicate effectively with crew members and ground personnel
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with cleanup and debris removal
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tree Climber or Bucket Operator
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of tree care safety standards and best practices
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
