On the practice side, you are the front-facing voice of her brand, leading new patient consultations, owning the boutique onboarding experience, and converting inquiries into committed patients. On the personal side, you are the operational backbone of her day to day life, keeping her home, calendar, and logistics running seamlessly behind the scenes. The right person is equally comfortable leading a high-touch consultation call as running an errand in Bel Air. Requirements
• 5 years of executive assistant experience
• BA/BS from US college or equivalent
• Warm, confident, polished presentation as face of a luxury medical practice
• Sales-adjacent fluency — you can lead a consultative conversation, build rapport quickly, and move someone toward a decision without ever feeling transactional
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal — you write and speak with clarity and warmth
• Discretion and professionalism across both personal and medical/professional domains
• Strong organizational instincts with the capacity to build and maintain systems independently
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers for a private home or estate
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Comprehensive support mindset — nothing is too big or too small; after-hours reachability
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient inquiries and consultations, representing the practice with warmth and expertise
• Lead boutique onboarding calls, walk prospective patients through the concierge model, and guide them through the intake process
• Manage the principal's personal calendar, including medical appointments, personal commitments, and household coordination
• Oversee home maintenance, vendor relationships, and service providers — keeping everything running without being asked
• Run errands, coordinate logistics, and handle day-to-day personal tasks
• Maintain clear documentation, follow-ups, and communication across both personal and practice operations
• Anticipate needs, flag issues before they become problems, and operate proactively, independently, and collaboratively
$100K–$150K/year based on experience benefits open to discussion
M-F 9-5 with after-hours availability if needed
