Title: Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney (Flexible Hybrid)
Location: Warren, NJ
Salary: $140,000 - 165,000 - base, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Draft trust and estate documents tailored to clients' needs and goals
- Host consultations and client meetings in-person and remotely to execute signatures, answer questions, and conduct business succession planning
- Work alongside financial advisors to ensure plans are in place for clients
- Draft, review, and execute complex estate and business planning documents such as buy/sell agreements, life insurance trusts, GST Trusts, and charitable remainder trusts
Requirements
- A JD Degree and are admitted in NJ
- 3 years of Trusts and Estates experience
- Experience working with both high-net-worth and business clients
- An ability to explain legal concepts to clients, ensuring they understand their estate plan
- Client relation skills with a strong sense of empathy for client situations
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- A business planning background
- An LLM degree
- Experience utilizing Wealth Counsel
