What You’ll Do
- Lead all accounting operations across both construction and franchising divisions
- Manage job costing, work in progress (WIP) reporting, subcontractor payments, and draw schedules
- Oversee franchise accounting, including royalties, fees, and audit ready FDD financials
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing accounting team
- Partner directly with the CEO on capital planning, budgeting, lending, and overall financial strategy
- Implement accounting systems (NetSuite/Sage), accounts payable automation, and financial controls
- Deliver accurate monthly closes, cash flow forecasts, executive dashboards, and board level reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Five to ten or more years of experience leading accounting for construction, real estate, franchising, or multi unit organizations
- Expert level knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and complex multi entity structures
- Proven success supporting high growth companies with revenues ranging from $10M to $100M
- CPA required; MBA strongly preferred
- Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and execution focused mindset
- High integrity, ability to maintain accuracy under pressure, and a positive, solutions oriented approach
