This role requires leadership, project management, and hands-on support. You will oversee daily operations, project execution, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your ability to manage both the strategic and tactical elements of the operation will be key to the success of the commissary facility.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Direct daily service operations, focusing on planning, scheduling, and resource management to align activities with protocols, quality standards, and production goals.Team Supervision and Development: Oversee and support a diverse workforce in custodial, shelf stocking, and warehousing activities. Provide training, mentorship, and feedback to staff.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service to deliver a superior shopping experience aligned with the mission.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for operational communications with internal teams, external partners, and government stakeholders.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to federal regulations, store directives, and organizational policies to maintain high service standards.Project and Risk Management: Manage special projects, assess risks, and implement strategies to meet objectives.
