Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administering IV and injection therapies/medications
- Instruct individuals on topics such as health education and general preventative health measures such as diet and exercise.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
- Being able to function in the heat of emergency and act according to protocol.
- Maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Understands great customer service and patient care
- Maintains a safe, secure and clean environment for customers
- Maintains documentation of patient care services.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by management staff. Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient patient charting system, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skill
We are looking for a Registered Nurse - Infusion to join our team. The successful candidate will provide primary care and holistic medicine to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and a passion for providing quality care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer intravenous medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Assess patient's physical and mental health status and document in patient's medical record.
- Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and self-care.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and adjust medications accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, lab results, medication administration records, etc.
- Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Provide holistic care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
