This role combines precise order fulfillment with strategic operational support, ensuring seamless processes across digital sales channels and international operations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce order processing, familiarity with overseas shipping logistics, and managing return merchandise authorizations (RMAs). Strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Operations SupportAccurately process incoming orders from multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).Coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment, and international shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments globally.Process daily orders using spreadsheets and internal systems (NetSuite), entering and updating order information accurately in Excel.Sort and print FBA order packing slip and shipping labels, facilitating efficient and accurate processing of FBA inventory replenishment orders via computer and ERP (Netsuite) Track shipments and monitor order fulfillment. Collaborate with the wholesale team to receive, validate, and manage all required paperwork for wholesale orders ensuring accurate and timely processing. Communicate with team members to ensure timely processing and delivery, preparing shipping labels and documents required for processing orders.Assist in maintaining organized records and reports related to orders and inventoryReview and translate requirements and instructions of the routing guides from our ecommerce customers/platforms correctly and accurately to the Warehouse Team as a liaison ensuring the warehouse follows the routing guide, packing and shipping all orders with accuracy and neatness. Responsible for scheduling all pick ups as well as developing and maintaining carrier relationships. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain stock availability.Manage return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), including processing returns, issuing replacements, and coordinating with customers and warehouses.Address and resolve order discrepancies, customer inquiries, and shipping issues promptly.Maintain detailed records of order transactions, RMAs, and provide regular status updates to management.Support cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, international shipping processes, and customer satisfaction.Follow project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Communicate project progress to stakeholders across departments.Identify potential risks and support implementation of mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.QualificationsEducation:Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Experience:Minimum of 2 years in order processing within an e-commerce environment.Experience with overseas shipping, RMAs, or international operations is a plus. Skills:Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., NetSuite)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, fulfillment processes, and international logistics.Must be able to use a computer efficiently; Google Suite and MS Office. Must know MS Excel.1 year hands-on experience of operating ERP (NetSuite preferred) and RF logistics business related platforms, a plus. Hands-on experience of working on Amazon FBA shipments on the seller side, a plus. Detail-oriented.Must be a quick learner, able to ask questions, and be a good notetaker.Ability to discern and follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and procedures.Physical/Mental Requirements and Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily sedentary working in front of a computer in an air-controlled environment. Frequent use of eyesight, fingering, and ability to sit for long periods is required.
