What You’ll Do
- Monitor patient accounts and assist with payment processing.
- Follow up with patients regarding overdue balances in a professional, friendly way.
- Help answer billing questions and coordinate with our front desk and insurance teams.
- Keep accurate records of communications and account updates.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or current college enrollment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized—able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
