Join our orthodontic team, a patient-centered, family-friendly practice where you’ll help create smooth, positive experiences for patients of all ages.
No orthodontic experience? No problem. We provide training to help you learn insurance processes, scheduling, communication, claims management, and more. You’ll be paid while you learn.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients and families with professionalism, warmth, and clear communication.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate care between the orthodontist and patients.
- Handle insurance tasks, including verifying benefits and managing patient claims.
- Complete all orthodontic pre-authorizations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain, track, and update information in Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform patient outreach and follow-ups to keep treatment plans on track.
- Process payments and help families understand financial and treatment options.
- Support general clerical and administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly.

- Clear, confident communication and a team-first mindset.
- A willingness to learn insurance processes, orthodontic workflows, and admin tasks.
- High school diploma or GED. We’ll teach you the rest.

Hourly rate: $16.50 - $25.00
