To help keep our multi-office operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Courier to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, staying organized, and contributing to a close-knit, supportive workplace.

This is a part-time position, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), working mornings typically from approximately 8:00 am – 11:00 am (about 3 hours per day; some days may be slightly more or less depending on operational needs). The position is expected to become available around the end of April, with potential training opportunities available prior to the official start date. 

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver interoffice mail and materials between all Lalor Family Dental locations
  
• Collect bank deposit bags from each office, record and sign daily deposit logs, and deliver to the bank
  
• Retrieve and distribute incoming mail/packages to the appropriate office or team member
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow all courier-related protocols

Additional Duties May Include

• Pick up orders from local vendors and deliver as needed
  
• Assist the Marketing Department with special deliveries or event setups
  
• Maintain a clean and organized courier workstation
  
• Ensure secure and proper handling of credit card transactions related to purchases
  

What We’re Looking For

• Highly reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols
  
• Comfortable driving a company van and navigating local routes
  
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  
• A helpful attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
  
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required

Hourly rate: $16.00
