Duties
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and communication
- Lead and train crew in a small team environment
- Complete truck and equipment inventory/upkeep and report to manager daily.
- Perform all required work, combining safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and all while maintaining the budget.
- Perform field inspections and develop a scope of work to maximize the life expectancy of every major roof type. Provide written labor/material estimates to supervisor when necessary.
- Ability to follow detailed project related instructions from Manager.
- Communicating and coordinating with the manager on all ongoing projects and leak repairs.
- Ability to identify and correct deficiencies to industry standards.
- Roofing leak investigation and repairs experience
- Ability to read a tape measure and utilize Industry related equipment/tools.
- Ability to work off hours and weekends during emergencies.
- Ability to work in all-weather conditions
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Speak English/ bi-lingual is a plus.
Ability to work well with others.
Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of installation and/or repair details on EPDM, TPO, Built up and Modified roofing systems.
- Ability to identify and correct deficiencies to industry standards.
- Roof leak investigation and repairs experience is necessary.
- Perform all required work, combining safety, customer satisfaction, quality.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
