Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. We're currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our Human Resources Department.

Minimum Qualifications
Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR
A bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and control functions of programs involving Classified Payroll, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Garnishment Processing and Reporting.
- Organize, plan, coordinate, and implement the annual Open Enrollment of benefits at the agency. Serves as liaison between employee plan members and payroll vendors.
- Enter all applicable payroll data into the PeopleSoft HR System accurately and complete by payroll deadline.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Program regarding Worker's Compensation.
- In the absence of HR co-worker, assume responsibility for all functions of programs including ; Benefits, Reconciliation of Invoices , Worker's Compensation and all Payroll functions for the facility.
Position-Specific Details:
Work Location: Human Resources Department.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Compensation: Salary depends on qualifications. The minimum hire rate for the Human Resources Analyst A is $18.04 hourly.
