Position – Construction Senior Project Manager

Location– On-Site in Corinth, N.Y.- Conklingville Dam

Requirements/Job Duties:

• Act as EIC for the projects, perform inspections, document inspections, run biweekly and pre-evolution meetings.
• Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities.
• Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on schedule and within budget.
• Follow all procedures to ensure the contract is completed in accordance with the contract, laws and regulations.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly desired
• Must have experience in dam construction and inspection.
• OSHA 30
• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
• Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors
• Demonstrated record of taking initiative
• Demonstrated management skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
• Extensive experience in managing construction projects.
  
  

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $70.00 /Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
