We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Field Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. team. You’ll be the face of our company on the ground, visiting businesses, introducing them to our services, and helping drive local growth through direct engagement and lead generation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves talking to people, and enjoys building relationships that translate into real results.
What you’ll do:
- Visit and engage with businesses on-site across your assigned territory to introduce our services
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads that align with our sales strategy and target customer profile
- Track and manage your leads, pipeline, and performance data through CRM tools
- Collaborate with the broader Sales and Driver Operations teams to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion results
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
What you’ll need:
- 1 years of experience in field sales, business development (internship experience also considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable initiating conversations and building trust quickly
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and data-driven; you enjoy setting and exceeding targets
- Must be able to travel locally within NYC and surrounding boroughs
