JOB PURPOSE (SUMMARY)
The Senior Associate Brand Manager is a key contributor to the LALA U.S. Marketing team, responsible for driving key initiatives across the Crema and Cheese portfolio. This role operates as a mini Brand Manager with ownership of high‑impact workstreams and regular exposure to senior leadership.
This role partners closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute brand strategies grounded in consumer, customer, and market insights. The Sr. Associate Brand Manager leads critical workstreams across innovation, marketing execution, and business analysis, helping deliver against volume, share, and profitability goals.
This is a high‑visibility development role with significant exposure to cross‑functional leadership and senior management. The ideal candidate combines strong CPG marketing fundamentals with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Business Management
• Lead key components of the annual brand plan, including analysis, initiative development, and execution with accountability for results against defined KPIs
• Analyze brand and portfolio performance to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Support portfolio strategy development, including innovation, renovation, and white‑space identification
• Partner with Sales and Finance to support pricing, promotion, and performance tracking
Innovation & Pipeline Execution
• Lead marketing execution of innovation projects from concept through commercialization, including consumer targeting, positioning, and launch readiness
• Support stage‑gate process, including coordination of cross‑functional teams and timelines
• Partner with R&D, Operations, and Sales to ensure product readiness and successful launches
Consumer, Category & Insights
• Analyze consumer, shopper, and syndicated data to generate actionable insights
• Monitor category trends and competitive activity
• Support segmentation work and identify opportunities by consumer and channel
Marketing & Communication
• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Brief and manage agency partners to deliver strong, insight‑based creative
• Track brand health metrics (awareness, penetration, consideration) and campaign performance
Customer & Commercial Execution
• Partner with Sales and Shopper Marketing to support in‑store executions and activations
• Contribute to development of compelling, insight‑based selling stories
• Help ensure alignment between brand strategies and customer/channel priorities
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to deliver key brand initiatives
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups to ensure executional excellence
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• 4–6 years of experience in CPG marketing or related roles
• Experience in brand management, innovation, or commercialization strongly preferred
• Exposure to cross‑functional project leadership
• Familiarity with the U.S. Hispanic market strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX (Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday in office)
• Regular office environment; ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Travel 10–15% of the time based on business needs
