What You Will Do

The In-House Sales Representative role involves greeting customers, order processing, and ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with purchases, and handling inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Accurately process sales through the POS system, verifying pricing, quantities, and product availability.
• Pick, pack, and process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy in counts, pricing, and timely completion when needed.
• Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, assisting with counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Keep the cash and carry area, retail floor clean, organized, and safe.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions with accuracy.
• Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for order entry and transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In Person

Schedule: 10-6 Tuesday through Friday and 9-5 on Saturday 

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour
