Our busy chiropractic office has a full-time position available - the perfect candidate is looking for a new long-term career in a wellness field. We are seeking an outgoing and organized "Type A" cheerleader to help coach our patients and manage our office needs. We love our patients and strive to provide the best quality of care and customer service available.
Responsibilities / Duties (include but not limited to)
- Office duties: Phone, fax, email, computer work, light cleaning/chores
- Updating patient profiles, scheduling visits, handling payments
- Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits
- Effectively handling patient/potential patient questions/concerns
- In-clinic marketing/external marketing events
Qualifications / Skills
- High school diploma is required
- 1 years post-graduation education preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment while keeping positive/upbeat attitude
- Energetic, positive, self-motivated and outgoing
- Detail oriented, capable of multi-talking, a fast learner and coachable
- Be able to understand basic insurance information and present information to patients
- Computer savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to grow professionally and personally
- Independent worker with leadership skills
- Enthusiasm for chiropractic and/or natural healthcare (chiropractic experience a plus but not required)
- The ability to stand most of the day (adjustable standing desk stations)
Compensation / Hours
- $17-$20 an hour (based upon experience). Opportunities for advancement are available and encouraged. To make sure our employees are always compensated fairly we also conduct our initial evaluation just shortly after your probationary period/training is complete.
- Hours - some morning and some evening hours and as well as two Saturdays month

- We believe in working hard and playing hard, so most of our hours are put in Monday - Thursday to offer up a lot of long weekend time for us and our staff. Our full-time employee will be scheduled their full-time hours during any of the hours listed, often 10-12 hour days:
Monday 6:30am - 7pm, Tuesday 11:15am-7pm, Wednesday 6:30am-8pm, Thursday 6:30am-7pm, Friday 11:30-1:30 (rotating with other employees), Saturday 8:30am-1pm (only 2 Saturday's a month), Sunday CLOSED.
