Title: Certified Maintenance Technician - Journeyman HVAC License REQUIRED
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years commercial/residential HVAC experience
- HVAC certification preferred
- Commercial experience required
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Skilled position responsible for the full scope of equipment maintenance across the campus including: day to day repairs, preventative maintenance, and planned projects. Position works collaboratively with colleagues and contractors. We are seeking a very special candidate for this important role! - Perform routine general maintenance tasks
- Work closely with team members and residents to handle concerns as requested
- Diagnose and assess multiple types of maintenance needs including complex problems/failures
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Work under pressure, in confined spaces; in wet environments and with electrical equipment and circuits, in any combination
- Read and interpret blueprints
