- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle busy front desk operations
