We are seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve meals according to the planned menu in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner. The Cook will ensure compliance with facility, OBRA, federal, state, and other regulatory standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Cook Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with the dietary team and maintain a positive working environment
• Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays
• Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment (preferred)
  
  
  

As a Cook, you will:

• Prepare and serve daily meals in accordance with resident dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Assist in setting up the tray line and ensure timely delivery of meal trays to patient areas
• Work in the dish room and maintain high sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and team members to ensure meal satisfaction
