What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Lakewood Brewing recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support your teammates and help create a positive kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but limited experience is welcome—we're happy to train the right person.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a friendly smile.
- Appreciation for craft beer and the brewery atmosphere is a big bonus!
Position Details
- Position: Part-Time
- Schedule: Includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekend availability is required.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
