The Opportunity: You will serve as a critical field expert, driving the successful delivery of high-quality mechanical and HVAC services across the Lake Travis area. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Execute precision diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, delivering honest service recommendations without pushy sales tactics.
- Manage daily service calls within a localized 20-mile radius to ensure rapid response and efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with the Home Office to maintain a well-stocked service vehicle with critical parts and equipment.
- Document accurate field reports and maintenance logs to maintain complete transparency for every service call.
- Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to ensure system performance and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with absolute proficiency in residential and commercial mechanical systems.
- Valid EPA 608 Certification and current registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for managing client relationships and executing on-site sales.
- Demonstrated ability to read technical schematics, diagnose system faults, and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
- Track record of professional punctuality, self-motivation, and organizational efficiency in a field environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of related field experience specifically within the HVAC service industry.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of diverse manufacturer systems and specialized residential and commercial HVAC workflows.
- Ability to navigate technical tools such as Jobber proficiently
