- Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license
- 1 years of clinical dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates with strong skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply)
- Sharp clinical skills, including diagnostic x-ray capture and digital scanning
- Strong time management and ability to anticipate the doctor's needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A love for teamwork and creating a positive workplace
- Experience supporting comprehensive cases — All-on-X, full-mouth rehab, implant placement, smile design
- Experience with ClearCorrect or Invisalign cases
- Familiarity with CBCT, digital scanners, intraoral cameras, and Picasso laser
- Previous experience in a fee-for-service or out-of-network private dental practice
- Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license
