    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • The Enrollment Specialist serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable presence in our Welcome Center, helping families with enrollment, forms, technology access, and general questions. This role plays a key role in creating a positive first experience for new and returning families—many of whom may be navigating cultural, linguistic, economic, or technological challenges as they engage with our school system.
    • Support Centralized Enrollment in processing data in the student information system such as online enrollment forms, recording residents attending elsewhere, entering changes in enrollment, updating census data, etc. while ensuring accuracy as it affects state and federal revenue.
    • Assist the enrollment team and newly enrolling families to provide the correct forms, and ensure accurate completion of enrollment documents.
    • Support families to access accurate and timely information from schools and programs via email, telephone, and in person, while utilizing district resources to communicate across language barriers when necessary.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Two year college degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience with Infinite Campus, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google tools and applications.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and deliverables.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience managing confidential information with discretion.
    • Experience working collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
    • Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual skills

    SCHEDULE:
    • 8 hours per day/Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00pm.
    • 40 hours per week
    • 12 month position-261 days
    SALARY:
    In accordance with the Lakeville Educational Assistants Federation salary schedule.
    • Position classified B-2-3 $22.76 - $27.04 depending on experience
