- Monday - Friday
- 8 hours per day
- $25.48 - $30.12 depending on experience

The essential functions of this position may include, but are not limited to, the following fundamental duties:
- Review & process authorized invoices in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement of employee expenses, per employee-specific contracts
- Prepare bank deposits for funds received through the Business Office
- Coordinates and verifies PSEO attendance with the sites, and processes payments to the Colleges
- Coordinates with high schools to track & distribute scholarship funds to verified Colleges
- Ensures timely data entry into the District’s finance program
- Maintains vendor files and processes 1099’s each calendar year-end
- Coordinates with FPP to maintain spreadsheets for timely invoice processing and project tracking
- Prepares reports for Wells Fargo Positive Pay and SAFE transmission uploads & processes daily bank clearing exceptions
- Corresponds with vendors; maintains current billing information; resolves vendor discrepancies
- Communicates with and educates staff regarding purchase orders, requisitions and payment of invoices
- Prepares School Board reports for approval and payment of bills.
- Assists in the preparation of documents for the annual financial audit
- Collaborates with co-workers to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Scans checks and supporting documents into finance system
- Run and process year end reports to close out fiscal year.
- Knowledge of district retention policies and guidelines in order to maintain accurate record keeping and document destroy dates on eligible files.
- Processes payroll benefit/deduction vendor checks
- Assist public with use of School Store and Parent Portal navigation for payment of fees
- Assists in accounting for student incidents reporting and coordinates with insurance provider
- Demonstrate data privacy compliance with district policy
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and/or Director of Business Services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or relevant experience/knowledge in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google, Internet, Word, EFP, and Infinite Campus.
- Excellent keyboarding, ten key and data entry skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Invoices, packing slips, statements, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, sales tax, percentages and other practical solutions.
