Job SummaryThe Housekeeper maintains a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff by performing comprehensive housekeeping tasks. This role ensures the timely completion of scheduled cleaning duties, adheres to regulatory and organizational protocols, and fosters a professional, cooperative, and courteous work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows, tile floors, sinks, and bathroom fixtures.
- Work in any area to ensure all requests for cleaning are covered thoroughly and on schedule.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational cleaning standards and protocols.
- Contribute to a professional, cooperative, and courteous work environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning tasks.
- Check furnace filters routinely (every 6 weeks) and clean if necessary.
- When instructed, team member completes annual cleaning schedule.
- Attend all required in-services and trainings.
- Ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties.
