What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Lakeview Search?
We’re looking for a Construction Estimator with 2 years of experience.
This role will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing drawings and specifications, and supporting bids for commercial and residential projects.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, proficiency with takeoff software, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of project management and/or estimating experience at a GC or HVAC contractor
• Knowledge of construction methods and industry practices.
• Software experience (e.g., ProCore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, HCSS, HeavyBid, PlanSwift, or similar).
