Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene across all surfaces, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and furniture
- Conduct carpet cleaning, floor care, and janitorial tasks to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally
- Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in commercial or hotel settings, including trash removal and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Experience with laundry operations and janitorial responsibilities is advantageous
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards or housekeeping management is a plus
- Certification or training in sanitation or cleaning procedures is beneficial but not required
