Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including tree trimming, gardening, and landscaping to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various repair and installation projects.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and promptly address issues such as plumbing, electrical, or structural repairs.
- Snow blowing and shoveling during winter months to ensure year-round safety and appearance.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Prior experience in general construction is highly desirable. Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy objects when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
